Privacy Policy
This policy applies to Item & Warranty Pass for iOS, iPadOS, macOS and Apple Watch, including its widgets.

2. Data in the app
The app processes only content you enter or select: item details, photos, serial numbers, purchase and warranty information, receipts, notes and app settings. By default, this data remains on your device. Receipt text recognition uses Apple Vision on device. Please do not photograph another person’s documents without permission.
3. Optional connections
If you enable iCloud, Apple syncs the app data you select across your devices through CloudKit. A NAS or folder you configure is used only at your direction; data is transferred and stored between your devices and the destination you choose. The app does not operate its own cloud storage.
4. Reminders and purchases
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. The app does not use its own push or notification server. Optional Pro purchases are handled by Apple StoreKit; the developer does not receive payment details.
5. Website, recipients and retention
When you visit this website, the hosting provider processes technical connection data (such as IP address, time and requested URL) to deliver and secure the site. Support messages are used to respond to your request. This app page does not use advertising or tracking profiles. Data is deleted when it is no longer needed for its purpose and no legal retention duty applies.
6. Tracking and your rights
You can remove local app data in the app or by deleting its app data. For data Apple processes through iCloud or purchases, please contact Apple. For privacy questions, email privacy@glassydev.de. Your statutory rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction and lodging a complaint with a data protection authority.
