2. Overview
Baustellenakte (subtitle “Estimates & trades”) for iOS and macOS. Bundle IDs: de.glassydev.baustellenakte, de.glassydev.baustellenakte.mac. Optional CloudKit container: iCloud.app.angebot.erstellen.
The App serves trade businesses: recording and analyzing speech locally, creating estimates with your own price list, keeping site records with notes/photos and exporting PDFs. Data is stored mainly locally (SwiftData). No provider account or backend for business content. Tracking: no (NSPrivacyTracking=false, no ATT). No analytics/advertising SDKs, Sign in with Apple or third-party favicon requests.
3. Website and hosting
Legal documents and portfolio at https://app.glassydev.de are hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Connection data (IP, time, URL, user agent) is processed for delivery. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; SCCs: vercel.com/legal/dpa.

5. Data processed
Business and customer details you enter, catalog prices, estimate items, notes, optional logo/site photos, audio files and transcripts are stored locally. With iCloud synchronization enabled, business, estimates, catalog, customers and export metadata are synchronized in your private CloudKit zone; you may share via CKShare with team members you invite. As indicated in the App, site photos and voice recordings are not synchronized through iCloud. The provider has no access to private CloudKit content. No location data, address book data or advertising IDs.
6. Permissions
- Microphone — local recording for dictation
- Speech recognition — transcription exclusively on the device
- Camera — site photos
- Photo library — logos and selected photos
Speech recognition and optional Apple Intelligence analysis run on the device; audio and transcripts are not uploaded to the app provider or iCloud.
7. Network
No dedicated third-party hosts in the App’s runtime. Connections to Apple (iCloud/CloudKit for sync/sharing, optional speech asset download) and sharing initiated by you (Share Sheet / Mail / AirDrop). Website access only when opening legal documents in the browser.
8. Cloud / SDKs
CloudKit (optional, container iCloud.app.angebot.erstellen): private database / custom zone BetriebZone; record types include Betrieb, Angebot, Katalog, Kunde and Export. Team sharing only by express invitation (CKShare / iCloud share link). Apple is an independent controller for the infrastructure. No StoreKit in the current version. No analytics, ads or Sign in with Apple.
9. Third countries
Website: Vercel (USA, SCCs). Apple services (iCloud, optional asset downloads, on-device models) follow Apple’s privacy information. No provider data processing agreement with Apple.
10. Retention periods
Locally until deletion in the App or uninstallation. CloudKit while sync/sharing is active or until you remove data in iCloud. Support emails at most 3 years.
