1. Controller

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When you visit, technically necessary data such as your IP address, timestamp, requested URL and browser information may be processed in server logs. This is done to provide and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel generally retains server logs only for a short period under its retention policies.

Vercel acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR and its Data Processing Addendum applies. As Vercel is based in the United States, personal data may be transferred there. Such transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Further information is available in Vercel’s privacy policy.

3. Visitor counter and App Store information

This website does not use analytics or advertising-tracking cookies. No profiling takes place.

The anonymous visitor counter on the home page increases by one for a new browser session (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No IP addresses or cookies are stored; only an integer count is kept. The browser uses sessionStorage locally to remember that the session has already been counted. The count is stored in Redis with the hosting provider (Vercel/Upstash). Bots and crawlers are excluded.

Public App Store ratings (stars and rating count) are fetched server-side through Apple’s iTunes Lookup API and refreshed hourly. No personal data about website visitors is sent to Apple for this purpose.

4. Contact

If you contact us by email (contact@glassydev.de, privacy@glassydev.de or support@glassydev.de), we process the information you provide solely to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and then delete it unless statutory retention duties apply.

5. Apps and local data storage

Glassy Dev apps are designed with privacy in mind. Where possible, data is stored locally on the device. Details for each app are available in its App Store listing and app-specific privacy notice.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, receive data in a portable format and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@glassydev.de.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, especially in the EU member state where you usually live.
